For optimal candle performance and safety, it is recommended to burn your candle for 3-4 hours at a time. This allows the wax to melt evenly and prevents tunneling. Remember to trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use and never leave a burning candle unattended.

White marks, also known as 'frosting,' can appear on soy candles due to temperature changes or the natural characteristics of soy wax. Frosting is a common occurrence in soy candles and does not affect the candle's performance or scent. It is a natural indicator of the purity of soy wax.

While soy candles produce significantly less soot than paraffin candles, they are not entirely soot free. Soy soot is often white or grey rather than black. To prevent excessive soot, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use. Burn the candle in a draught-free area to prevent smoke. Let the wax pool reach the edges for an even burn and minimized residue. This ensures a cleaner, longer-lasting burn and a pleasant atmosphere.
